Cooper et al, 2002, Glenn Murcutt: A Singular Architectural Practice

(This image, illustrates basic design planning of the Marika-Alderton House, also the quick diagrams used by Glenn Murcutt.)

The following are my initial sketches and representations of the house, they are inaccurate due to the fact that my research was purely literature for the first 2 weeks, I struggled to find accurate floor plans, and created the representations from pictures and preliminary plans of the work.

The preliminary plans were wrong, thus I have re-done them and will scan and add them to the collection at a later date.

3d interior representation, West to East, features the opening and common room of the house.

Length section of the house, demonstrating common area (far left) followed by several bedrooms, bathrooms can not be seen within this representation. 1:100

Outside section, looking south at the house from the water. 1:100

Site Plan, 1:200, illustrating room within the surrounding landscape.

Floor Plan 1:100 (Incorrect, I apologize again.)
